If you’ve purchased new sunglasses that are covered by the SmartGuard protection plan, you can rest assured knowing that we will replace your sunglasses at no extra cost to you if they break because of any of the circumstances listed below. Your sunglasses are protected in the event of:

  • Manufacturer’s defects

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Accidental drops

There is no deductible required to obtain service on your covered product.

Because our planis meant to protect you from incurring out-of-pocket costs in the event of specific damaging incidents, the following situations are NOT covered under this protection plan:

  1. Damage to sunglasses as a result of negligence
  2. Damage to sunglasses that occurs when they are used for anything other than their intended purpose

Please note that prescription sunglasses are NOT protected under this plan.
