For smaller appliances, we’ll provide a free, two-way shipping label to make sure your item gets into the hands of a reliable repair professional at no cost to you. For larger appliances, we’ll work with you to schedule in-home repairs at a convenient time.
There is no deductible or additional fees required to obtain service on your covered product.
Because our plan is meant to protect you from incurring out-of-pocket costs in the event of specific damaging incidents, the following situations are not covered under this protection plan:
Damage due to negligence
Damage due to use for anything other than the appliance’s intended purpose
